The Akumalian Reader Survey
The January issue of The Akumalian
had a brief LETTER FROM "THE
STAFF", and there was mention of a Reader Survey, with a
pointer to the Survey. Below, are the results of that Survey, which
was taken by 37 readers of The Akumalian. There were 869 recipients
on the distribution, so that provides a
disappointing 4.26% response rate.
The December issue of The Akumalian
had a story on RICHARD ATTACKS
LOBSTER CLAW, and it had a pointer to a video that is posted on
YouTube. For this, there is another
disappointing response rate, albeit 5.98%, and The Staff
guesstimates that half of those are not subscribers to The Akumalian.

Here's how they ranked under #5, "Fantabulous.

4. The Akumalian
is currently structured as one long page whereby you have to read/scan
through the whole issue to see what is included. What do you think of these
alternatives?

5. The December issue of
The Akumalian used a YouTube video for one of its stories - RICHARD
ATTACKS LOBSTER CLAW. Why didn't you go to YouTube to view the video?

(wish i could own something there) but love the newsletter
- LOVE IT, KEEP IT UP
- Enjoy reading each and
every month

wonder why I hardly know anyone, given that we own Casa Dos Palmas and
have been coming to Akumal for 20 years.
- OK. Appreciate. Want
more on Hekab Be Library

FORWARD TOO READING IT!
- Love to read it every
month--glad I found it--Thanks!!!
- As new condo owners,
this is a great way to get more personal insight into the Akumal
community. I really appreciate the local news stories, too--both about
people, area construction and political developments, etc. Much
appreciated--wish we had known about this when we were looking for a
place in Akumal.
- I think it is grea,t but
could be more owner focused with possible references on contractor
services, ac repair services, owner preferences on certain stores. Less
personal info
- I like it and appreciate
all the hard work of The Staff.
- Great keep up the good
work.
